Zarach is a charity committed to helping children and families who are living in poverty crisis. We are active in schools and in the community. We see the problems that poverty causes every day, we understand that more should be done to help and we have the skills, passion and drive to make an immediate and real difference.
Family Support Coordinator (Thrive)

Hours: 16 per week
Salary: £26,706 Pro-rata (Actual £11,943)
We know that a bed alone cannot break the cycle of poverty that our families face. So, our delivery is the first step of a new journey for every child and their family. For some Zarach Families, we are uniquely placed to make a huge difference to their current circumstances. Where this has been identified, we invite them to join our Thrive pathway.
Due to significant growth, we’re looking for a colleague to join our team to provide ongoing support to Zarach Families via our Thrive Programme; we are seeking someone who can work directly with beneficiaries beyond the bed deliveries to help them make positive steps towards a healthy, happy home environment. The Family Support Coordinator will play a key role in the ongoing development of the Thrive Programme.
